Return & Refund Policy

At Tree by December, each box is thoughtfully curated and prepared specifically for our subscribers. Because of the nature of our products and subscription model, we have the following return and refund policy:


All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and curated nature of our ornament boxes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for subscription boxes or individual ornament shipments.


Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to help.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • A photo of the damaged item and packaging

Once verified, we will provide a replacement item or store credit, at our discretion.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Tree by December is not responsible for packages lost after confirmed delivery.


Subscription Cancellations

  • Subscriptions may be canceled according to the terms outlined at checkout.

  • No refunds will be issued for boxes already processed or shipped.


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Subscription boxes

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Boxes delayed due to shipping carriers

  • Customer preference or change of mind
