Tree by December offers curated, subscription-based ornament boxes delivered monthly. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following cancellation terms.
Subscription Commitment
Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime. No refund for prior shipments.
Cancellation Terms

Cancellations must be completed before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month

Any subscription boxes that have already been processed or shipped are non-refundable
Billing & Payments

Subscription payments are charged automatically each month to the payment method used at checkout

If a payment fails, shipment may be delayed or canceled until payment is resolved

Tree by December reserves the right to pause or cancel subscriptions for unpaid balances
No Refunds
Due to the curated nature of our subscription boxes:

We do not offer refunds for past payments
